We recently told you big changes were coming to AuthentiGate. They've landed. AuthentiGate has grown from an ID verification bot into a complete server management and security bot, and the news on verification is better than we first announced: every server still gets free verifications, every month.
A change to ID verificationVerification: still free to start, affordable as you grow
For more than two years, Whiskey Bots ran AuthentiGate's ID verification completely free. We're proud of that, and we want to be straight with you about why it's changing: every ID check costs us real money with our verification provider, and as AuthentiGate has grown, so have those costs.
When we announced the change, we said verification would move to a single $5 a month plan. We've gone further. Every server keeps 5 free ID verifications a month, starting again on the 1st (UTC), with the Verified, age and region roles included. Members who are already verified don't need a new check, so they get their roles in your server without using any of your 5. When your community needs more, pick the Premium tier that fits its size.
Vote credits are live too. Vote for AuthentiGate on Top.gg once every 12 hours: every 4 votes add 1 verification to a server's month, up to +5 a month, and unused credits roll over.

Every paid tier unlocks the same Premium features; they differ only in how many verifications your server gets. Paid allowances start again on your billing date. Need more than 1,000 a month? Talk to us in the support server.

Moderation Free
Warns, notes, timeouts, kicks, bans, softbans, quarantine, purge, slowmode, channel locks and server lockdown. Every action is a numbered case in your mod log that you can view, edit, give evidence and undo. Helper, Moderator and Admin staff tiers.
Automation and anti-raid Free
More with PremiumAn escalation ladder, ready-made Discord AutoMod rules, an account-age join gate, a spam-trap channel and a raid alarm, all free. Premium adds automatic raid lockdown, the verification gate and anti-nuke.
Tickets Free
More with PremiumPrivate support tickets from a panel, as channels or threads, with claim and close. 3 categories and 1 panel free; Premium gives 25 and 10, plus questions before a ticket opens, auto-close and kept attachments.
Reports and appeals Free
Members right-click a message or member to report it to your staff, who claim and act on it. Banned or timed-out members get one appeal per case, straight from the bot's DM.
Log channels Free
Join, leave, verification, admin, change, mod, report, appeal and ticket logs. /logs → Setup creates a private Logs category with a channel for each.
Permission checks Free
/setup names every permission the bot is missing, grouped by feature, with a link to fix it. Any button or command it can't carry out tells you exactly what's missing, never a silent failure.
PrivacyStronger privacy for your members
- More of your data is encrypted. Alongside your date of birth, your region, the sex on your ID, your gender, your pronouns and the Persona inquiry ID are now stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM), each bound to your account so it can't be copied to another.
- Persona still runs the check. AuthentiGate never sees your ID photos or selfie, and staff only ever see your age band and region, never your date of birth.
Your data, your call. /profileshows everything stored about you. Download it with/download_my_dataor delete it with/delete_my_info.

Ticket transcripts Coming soon
When a ticket closes, a page that reads like the channel did, which anyone with the link can open in a browser. Kept 30 days, or a year on Premium. It switches on once Discord approves the bot to read ticket messages.
Web panel Coming soon
Set up verification, moderation, logs and tickets from any browser at panel.authentigate.gg, signing in with Discord. What you change there applies straight away, the same as the bot's commands.
